To secure your appointment slot and avoid any potential delays, you must pay a deposit of £50 when booking. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your initial physiotherapy session.
We know life can be unpredictable, and sometimes we need to change appointments. However, to ensure efficient scheduling, if you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee will apply to the deposit amount. You can reschedule your appointment to a different time slot subject to availability.
We value your time and ours. If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the full deposit amount.
You must pay the remaining balance for your first physiotherapy session at your appointment. To ensure a smooth flow and avoid inconvenience, pay late fees before your next scheduled session.
