To secure your appointment slot and avoid any potential delays, you must pay a deposit of £50 when booking. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your initial physiotherapy session.
We know life can be unpredictable — if you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. After that, 50% of the deposit will be retained in line with our policy.
To help everyone get the care they need:
🔄 If you reschedule more than three times, we may need to discharge you from our care to give space to those on our waiting list.You’re always welcome to return when you’re ready to commit to regular sessions.
We value your time and ours. If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the full deposit amount.
You must pay the remaining balance for your first physiotherapy session at your appointment. To ensure a smooth flow and avoid inconvenience, pay late fees before your next scheduled session.
